We received this email through our website today, out of the blue, from a total stranger, proving there is still humanity in the world and that being good eggs does have a positive effect on others.
Good morning,
I was on the train last night with a couple of your colleagues.
I can’t remember their names but there was a chap from Middlesborough who had a bottle of champagne and was unnecessarily concerned with his weight when I would give my right arm for his waistline, and a girl from Leeds with a cool haircut and a warm smile that lit up the whole carriage.
Anyway, the train had been delayed and they had spent a tiring couple of days in That London filming Nadia Sawalha and some food psychology woman.
But between the two of them they kept me thoroughly entertained with quality banter and the time just flew by.
As the train pulled into Leeds I made my way towards the exit and realised that they were still on the carriage, I waved goodbye but this felt a bit rude and anti climatic hence this e-mail.
Please pass on my warmest thanks and best wishes for Christmas and beyond, these people are a credit to your organization.
And one last thing for the benefit of smile girl, “SQUIRREL!”.
Kind regards,
Majid.
