Communicate local NHS innovation to the local community and stakeholders, with very limited media landscape and encourage the public to present at various access points
Solution:
A series of creative community engagement programmes and media relations to connect directly with the local public
Innovative communications:
Influencer mapping and creative events to encourage the local community to pass on the message, amplified through regional print, broadcast and trade media relations
Behaviour change?:
Significant increase in footfall and visitors to all key access points, events and services. Positive shift in Millward Brown press coverage evaluation
